• – Dclick Soluciones: ensure the proper functioning of the application and reasonable technical support.

4. Limitation of liability

Dclick Soluciones is not responsible for:

• – Technical failures beyond its control.
• – Misuse of the application by the user.
• – Loss or damage of packages outside the scope of the application.

5. Modifications

Dclick Soluciones may update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the application.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cuba.
